Site Manager allows user to connect to Redpoint RTLS servers and perform the following tasks:
* view real-time location of on-site personnel and assets
* search and locate personnel and asset by name, trade, or other attributes
* receive, view and process safety alerts
* (re)assign badges, asset tags on the spot
* send alert and messages to on-site tags
